Every home is unique. We begin every new client with a consultation to discuss your needs, tour your space and develop a plan. We offer the following packages but pricing will vary depending on size. Fill out the form below and a design consultant will call you to discuss our services.

Vacant Home Staging

3-room package: Pick 3 rooms or spaces, though generally the living room, dining room and primary bedroom are considered the most important. With these spaces beautifully appointed, your potential buyers can begin to envision themselves living in the home. We will use our inventory pieces to create a cohesive design that flows from room to room. Additionally, we will add decor elements to your kitchen, primary bathroom, and entryway. Our Essential Home Staging Package starts at $1,850. Our Enhanced Home Staging Package, with higher-end pieces and a dedicated designer, starts at $2,350.

Additional rooms or outdoor spaces can be added a la carte at $150 to $500 per space depending on the size.

Occupied / Partial Home Staging

If you are still living in your home and have furniture that you would like to use, we will work with you to enhance your layout for maximum impact. We begin with a consultation and provide direction on how to prep the home. Then, we will bring in accents, art and small furnishings to complete your design. The average price is $800 for this service.

Home Prep Consultation

We will walk the home with the owner and discuss how to get their home ready for sale. We will create priorities, must-do’s, and nice-to-have touches for stellar photos. The cost is $250 for a one-hour consult and an email report with suggestions.

Take your time

Rental packages are for up to 6 weeks, beginning the day after we set up. If you need a little more time extensions can be arranged. We will schedule pick-up with you as soon as you advise us of your closing date.
